Returns Policy for Products purchased in store in terms of the Consumer Protection Act in particular Sections 22; 48 and 49.
At Aandal Foods Pty Ltd we are committed to ensuring that our customers experience the best possible service. We are compliant with the Consumer Protection Act as such our returns policy is within the ambit of the Act to ensure our customers safety.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of an item purchased you may return it to our store for a refund, replacement or exchange with the provision that you are able to provide us with the original tax invoice and the items are returned in its original packaging within the following time limits and conditions:
Food Products:
Fruit and Vegetables: 48 hours and provided it is prior to date of expiry on package if such date appears on package.
Perishables: 48 hours and provided it is prior to date of expiry on package if such date appears on package.
Prayer Goods: No return policy due to religious concerns and reasons
Fast Food and Bakery items: 24 hours return policy and at Store Managers discretion.
Frozen Foods and Refrigerated Foods : 48 hour return policy with
unbroken cold chain storage and provided it is prior to date of expiry on package if such date appears on package.
Cold Drinks and Milk : 24 hours return policy and at Store Managers discretion.
Meat Butchery and Fishery: 24 hours return policy; with un-broken cold chain storage; provided that the products have not been tampered with and it is returned prior to date of expiry on package if such date appears on package.
Non Food:
Health, Nutritional, Beauty- 48 hours return policy and provided items have not been tampered with and it is returned prior to expiry date if
such date appears on package.
Kitchen Utensils: 48 hours return policy and at store managers discretion.
